Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within three business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, unusually busy periods or when additional customer confirmation is required.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We provide free worldwide shipping through UPS or DHL. The courier used for an order may depend on the destination, parcel characteristics and service availability. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, flight schedules or local courier conditions.
USA DDP — Duty & Tax Paid
Customers shipping to the United States may select DDP — Duty & Tax Paid at checkout for $20. This option is intended to cover eligible import duties and taxes associated with the shipment. Free standard UPS/DHL shipping remains available.
Customs and Import Charges
Unless a DDP option is selected and expressly confirmed, customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees and any local charges imposed by the destination country. Customs requirements vary and customers should check local rules before ordering.
Combined Shipping and Gift Wrapping
When practical, multiple items in the same order will be shipped together. Gift wrapping is available; please request it during checkout or contact us promptly after ordering.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
Tracking information will be supplied when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to reasonable requests from the courier or customs authority.
