Products and Natural Variation
Gemstones and minerals are natural materials. Color, pattern, inclusions, surface features, weight and dimensions may vary. Two pieces will never be exactly alike. Screen settings and lighting may also cause colors to appear slightly different. Please request additional information or photographs before ordering if a characteristic is important to you.
Orders and Pricing
We may accept, decline or cancel an order when stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not possible, fraud is suspected or a material typographical or pricing error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Payment and Currency
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and depend on the connected payment provider. Website prices are normally shown in USD. Any currency conversion displayed by a third party is an estimate, and your bank or payment provider may use a different exchange rate or charge fees.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unless an eligible DDP service is purchased and confirmed, the customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes and fees.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, logos, graphics and original images are owned by or licensed to Mineral Stone Shop and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mineral Stone Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
