30-Day Return Period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us at mineralstoneshop@gmail.com before returning anything. We will provide the authorized return instructions and address. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Return Eligibility
The item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards, personalized items and items damaged after delivery are not returnable. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us promptly with clear photographs of the item and packaging if an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
Because many gemstones are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available. Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. We may instead offer a comparable item, store credit or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked and insured service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked parcel. Do not send returns to our office, workshop or any previously supplied address without current written authorization.
